Box One Oversized Chromoly Handlebar

All Box handlebars are designed and manufactured using our Oversized technology. Handlebars serve a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedal stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, we moved material from three low-stress areas to high-load areas. This significantly reduced twist and helped with responsiveness. At the same time, we have increased the rigidity of the pedal by providing a stop to the "lift" phenomenon. There's no point pushing hard on the pedals if you can't pull up on the handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost due to handlebar deflection and the consequences can lead to poor power transmission and poor steering control. Combined with Box's other Oversized components, you'll experience increased responsiveness and reduced latency.

Key Differences: This particular handlebar model is suited to larger riders and takes our application of Oversized technology even further as it uses stronger chrome-molybdenum steel. This allows for greater variation in wall thicknesses to counter higher loads from the added weight of the rider.
