What is the maximum return period?

You have 30 days following the date of your purchase to send us the items you wish to return. Just make sure your return is received in our warehouses within 30 days of your purchase date.

How long does it take to get your refund?

Once we have received your return package, if everything is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return transaction has been completed within 3-5 business days.

Then, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 7 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

**It is important to note that the customer is responsible for their return package until it is delivered to its destination by the carrier. In the event that the package is lost, you will need to make arrangements with the carrier to retrieve your package. The refund procedure will not be started until we have received your return. **

How much does it cost to return a product?

Returns are at the customer's expense. However, in the event of an error on our part, damage in transit or manufacturing defect, ARUSH will assume the management and shipping costs associated with the return. In addition, as long as you comply with our return policy, no restocking fees will apply.

Can I make an exchange?

In order to maintain a simple and efficient shopping experience, we do not make exchanges. Simply place a new order for the items you wish to obtain and follow the simple procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep. Once we've received your return, you'll be refunded according to your original method of payment.

What items can be returned?

All new, unused, unworn items in their original sealed packaging purchased within the last 30 days may be returned.

What do we mean by new item?

You may return all new, unused, unworn items in their original sealed packaging that were purchased less than 30 days ago. However, please note that an item that has been worn will be considered used and cannot be returned. It is therefore recommended that purchased items be tried on in a clean and safe environment to test them without leaving any traces of use.

Any part that has been installed or that shows signs of having been attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Failure to follow this procedure may result in a refusal of a return approval. In the event that a returned item is not eligible for return, the refused item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Making a Return – Step by Step

  1. Log in to your customer account on arush.ca.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, then click on the 'Request return' button.
  3. Select all the items you wish to return and, for each of them, choose the return reason that best describes the reason why you are returning them. If you wish, in the note section, you can leave us your comments and explanations.
  4. Once you have selected all the items you wish to return, click on the 'Request a return' button. We will then analyze your request. If everything appears to be in order, you will receive a message confirming provisional approval of your return. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for this confirmation to be received.
  5. Once approval has been received, pack all items to be returned, ensuring that they are in their original packaging and accompanied by their original labels. You can use the carrier of your choice, but be sure to choose a type of delivery that will ensure your return is received in time to meet the return deadline. Send your parcel to the address indicated in the approval e-mail you received beforehand.

Done! Once we've received your return package, we'll proceed with the final verification. If everything is in order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the return transaction.
