There are no shipping charges for orders of $99 or more before taxes.
For any order less than $99 before taxes, you will be charged the applicable delivery costs. In your shopping cart, just before making your payment, you will be able to view the shipping costs applicable to your order.
For delivery of large items such as bikes, car racks, training bases, carry bags, etc., a flat rate fee of $70 will apply for transportation.

Obviously, it all depends on your location in Canada, but normally, orders delivered to the province of Quebec and Ontario should arrive at their destination approximately 2 to 5 business days following the order confirmation date.
For orders heading to the east or west of the country, you can expect a slightly longer delay, i.e. 5 to 8 working days.

Certainly yes. When finalizing your transaction, you will get different delivery options. If no selection is made at checkout, the regular option will be automatically selected. If you want to speed up the process, simply select the option that suits you best. If you opt for an expedited option, you will be charged the stated amount of your selection.

Yes, bulky products such as bicycles, frames, training bases, transport racks and other similar items are examples of items for which you will be charged a fixed freight charge.
The base rate for delivery of this type of item is $70.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, the two addresses can be different. However, your billing address must always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.

You can have your order delivered to any valid address in Canada. Unfortunately, deliveries to PO boxes are not accepted.
We do not deliver outside of Canada.

To ensure that your package will be delivered safely, our carriers should require a signature upon delivery.
If the carrier attempts to deliver while you are away, they will normally leave you a notice indicating that your package has been redirected to a postal outlet or to an approved access point, such as a pharmacy or convenience store near you. You can therefore collect it when you are available.
All you have to do is follow the instructions on the notice that the carrier will have left you.

If at the time of delivery you have a suspicion that your package has been damaged in transit, take the time to inspect the contents. If you judge that the condition of the merchandise is compromised, you can simply refuse the package. This way it will be returned to us and we can make the necessary arrangements to send you your order again in good condition or simply refund you.
In the event that you did not notice the damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your package). Customers who have received a damaged package can make a claim by email directly with us, taking care to include photos of the package and/or damaged parts. Photos of damaged items will allow us to speed up the process and thus resolve the problem as efficiently as possible.
